I'm gonna have to agree with flexi. Proof is a nasty place. There are much bettter places to celebrate tequilafest.

What I don't get is the "$20 tickets" part that "Gets you a cup and bracelet that will get you in each venue for NO Cover, and get drink specials at each stop." Does "drink special" mean that you still must pay for your drinks on top of the $20 fee? And who the heck ever pays bar covers unless major entertainment is included?

Cinco de Mayo is celebrated BIG TIME here in St Paul Minnesota's West Side. It is a largely Mexican-American area and the folks love to celebrate the day and everyone enjoys it.
