  • Lowe's, Home Depot, Pincheck those are the only three I know about
  • Thanks. I should have searched--just noticed someone posted the same thread earlier.
  • charcoal is your friend!!!
  • Yea charcoal.. besides

Never use a propane barbecue grill on a balcony, terrace or roof. It is both dangerous and illegal.

Propane barbecue grills and no more than two (2) 20-pound propane tanks are allowed on the grounds of a one or two-family home, but be sure to follow the fire safety precautions below.

  • Lowes and Home Depot can help you here but a trip to Lowes can be fun.. Home depot is not fun!!
Actually the cancer causing thing is linked with Charcoal.. so once in awhile ok but if you do outside grilling like we do almost every nite insummer... propane is great... and Loes has grills for every need and budget..

Stop shooting.. I don't work for Lowes..
I am just a lowly musician!!
  • Subject: these people deliver propane

At least to Carroll Gardens - probably also Park Slope 718-788-4331
  • Thanks for the tip on grilling from a balcony. No, mine will be in the backyard. I prefer the taste of charcoal, but gas is generally considered healthier--and it's just easier if you grill a lot.
  • Go organic charcoal. That Kingsford stuff is shit. You might as well soak burnt toast in diesel fuel.
  • Kick it old school with charcoal!!!
  • Organic charcoal.. geez let me think about that concept...
    Can't imagine it!
I have advantage of space for huge barbeque and use tanks...
  • hardwood is the best, such as Royal Oak, I can't deal with the taste of gas
  • Pintchik doesn't refill propane tanks.
  • It only took an hour at Lowes today to get that propane tank.
