I'm curious whether any residents of Boerum Hill would have any opinions on the rents for this new building on State Street:

I have to agree with armchair on this one . . . and wonder whether the OP was pointing that price chart out for comedy.
also, I have to caution you to really check out new construction -- my former-inspector neighbor points out shoddy stuff to me all the time, like too thin sheetrock, and nongalvinized screws leaving rust trails on those shiny new exterior decks. Bleech! -

muchos gracias. i actually finally happened to go by the area to check it out. i too do believe they are snorting crack. though i also saw a share for $1150 for a room that was not much larger than a cublicle at my office.
sigh. finding apartments sucks.
