Reno building on Hoyt and Bergen

Does anyone know anything about the building on the corner of Hoyt and Bergen that is currently being renovated? A friend thinks that it is being renovated by the real estate company on Wyckoff and Smith and will be rental apartments. I can't get to the neighborhood until the weekend but was hoping to try and contact the company before then, so if anyone happens to know the name or number or any info on what they're doing with the building, I'd really appreciate it.

I'm not so sure it's for a real estate company. It LOOKS like it's a one-family, behemoth floor space thing. They made 2 floors out of what was once a bodega with a shallow basement. There's a one-car garage with an electric door opener. Flowers on the widow ledges.

No, I'd say it was being done by a couple of minor millionaires with money to burn.

(Now let's see how long it takes for them to start complaining about the Brooklyn Inn.)

It is owned by the real estate company you mentioned or the owners of the company, they have another property on the block so maybe they are moving or need a parking space.
