Why Not Categorize These Threads?

Wanted to pm an administrator or a mod, but chose to communicate this way.

Why not place threads in a category or sub-section? Crime, restaurants, youth services, and medical can be just a few of the labels used to catalog the threads in this forum. It makes for easier and organized browsing.

If you look down the main listing of the board, you'll see that we do have some categories for events, restaurants, classifieds, etc. Beyond that, though, we choose to organize the board by neighborhood, because that's how people read it. If you broke it down further into lots of subject categories, people probably wouldn't have time to read all of them, and you'd miss out on good advice from people who just never got to your post.
