Korean BBQ in 30s — Brooklynian

Korean BBQ in 30s

edited November -1 in Brooklyn and Beyond
I have no experience with Korean BBQ-(I'm a veg), but my parents are visiting and I thought it would be a lot of fun
I think it will be for lunch (so I don't think lines should be an issue?) and from chowhound I gather that charcol is better than gas
Has anyone had a fantastic experience or can recommend a specific restaurant (preferably very English friendly)?

  • go to the vegetarian place! It's good!
    Hangawa is it? It's been a year and I forget . . .

Chowhound will give you good details.

There's only one on 32nd that does charcoal I think - frankly, it's all delicious and won't matter your first time - but that one place also has whole fish for the grill, if you're pescatarian.
