NY1 story on police search for mugger

It's kind of a random story referencing a mugging last month. I'm not sure why this is coming out now but there's a picture of the guy up there. The text of the story is below:
Police are looking for a man they say robbed a teenager at gunpoint in Crown Heights, Brooklyn last month.
The suspect is described as 18 to 24 years of age, 5 feet 10 inches tall to 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing between 140 and 150 pounds.
He has braided hair and was last scene wearing a blue t-shirt and blue jeans.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.

Where did they get the photograph? I guess he was posing for his victim after the mugging... -
