Please help us find Georgie! - UPDATE: FOUND!!

Pleeeeeeeaaaase help me find my wonderful cat Georgie. He is a young, tabby (brown with stripes) with green eyes and a black leather collar and tag. He is very friendly, so if you see or find him please call me at 917 855 8958.

He lives on St. John's between 7th and 8th but could be anywhere in the neighboring area.

Any help would be appreciated!

Poor Georgie! I hope he comes home.

In the meantime, posting a picture might be helpful.

Call all of the vets in the area to ask them to keep an eye out for him if he's brought in and call the animal agencies and foster groups to give them a heads up that he's lost.
Posting signs quickly with his picture may hasten his return.

i'm not sure what about this thread bothers you, veets, but for the record, the usual way around these parts is to give 2 weeks on missing pet posts.

Thanks for all your kind words everyone, well except for that one guy i don't know what his problem is.... but good news! We found Georgie! He was in a neighbor's basement where he was trapped for three days. He's all shook up, but doing better now. We are so happy to have him home!

My mistake.. I meant to post that on the thread about the sick cat and the request for money. Obviously that sounds like a weird response on this thread..
