i came home today to find a note on my door by Ronnie saying that he saw my house and I woudl like to buy it in cash. Ronnie left his phone number and mentioned he was buying houses and land in Queens and Brooklyn.

has anyone else received a note from Ronnie? what is this about?

  • yes. and if you look closely, the note is printed, not handwritten. ronnie spread "his" word all over the neighborhood. i saw ronnie's notes on no less than six different houses as i walked my dogs this afternoon.
  • thanks, shishkab. if only i had a house to sell.
  • I haven't, but I noticed a note like that stuck on the handrail on the front stoop of a house near me in Williamsburg. I didn't the whole thing, but I did notice it because I have heard of other people getting similar notes on their houses. I don't remember what the name was, but I don't think it was Ronnie. It was a name with a J, like Joe or John.
  • I have seen so many of these notes!! Often they are types in a font that resembles script and if done well might even seem like a personal note....Not So!!
