    Interesting if this is true. It may just be wishful thinking though...Cheney is really slick and I would imagine can create "plausible deniability" over a phone number - unless it is his personal cell number... If it is a number from Haliburton though it will be tough to pin it directly to him I bet.

    Someone coming forward (an escort) would be the best proof...
    Man, if this thing has any teeth at all it will be a big problem for the administration...
