    Raw... Yeah I get your point.. Sat Night (any night for that matter ) is what you decide to make of it!!

    Of course if I were still "dating" Sat night is the least likely night I would go out on a date..

    Reason?/ All those dates that everyone goes out are the nights I stay home.. think St Pat's Day,Valentines Day. Mother's Day, father's Day.. all go OUT times for the amateurs!! the really professionals do things on are on schedule..

    It was great to see the old hands and the new faces. Doubles play (waaaayyy too long in to the night - I hurt) was the highlight - it's always fun to get more people involved, we should do that on ping pong and pool, too.

    Maybe it's a bit early, but it never hurts to plant a seed, and it was mentioned a couple times last night - howsabout a chill, outdoor gathering next time? I don't think that there's been an official outdoor outing this year. Maybe Flatbush Farm (turnout was great there last time!) or the like? We could even play spades or something for the competitive folks :wink:.

    Cherry Tree has a lovely back yard with seating and a large shady tree.
    Plus cheap drinks and excellent food. PLUS August 4tth is their First Saturday Pig Roast. Dare we start a Slope happy hour? It has been a while since the PS came out to represent.

    Yeah, good guys and girls work there and it is the site of the best DH turnout yet... It should certainly be on the poll for the next go 'round.

    HEY??!! I repped as hard as I could given exhaustion and lack of "skillz" in bar games.

    The pig roast is great--it's more of an evening thing since they roast all day and it can get a little crowded. Cherry Tree is a good bar AND they have Big Buck Hunter.
