7th avenue past 12th street closed with fire trucks...earlie
Hi. I didn't know what was happening but lots of fire trucks, ambulances on 7th avenue closed from 12th street 'down'. Anyone know what was up. No visible fire... thanks.

Yes. There was a fire on 7th Ave btw 13th & 14th St. Approx 415 7th Ave. on the third floor. It was right above me one door over. Luckily, thanks to quick response time and proximity to the fire house, they responded with lightening speed and contained the fire in the one room. All the wondows were knocked out on the 3rd floor but no one was hurt.
