Seeking Information

I wa born in Brooklyn in 1935 in Crown Heights Hospital. I understand the Hospital is no longer there.

While I have visited Brooklyn a number of times over the years I never went to the Flatbush neighborhood where we lived. My family moved to my Mother's home in South Carolina sometime in 1936.

In August I plan to be in the area and am considering driving to the only address I have where we may have lived-778 East 35th Street. Is this a safe area to be drivng around in?
