I picked this up from OTBKB. Does anyone know anything about it? I live in the area and always thought that cars travel way too fast up 1st Street.

I didn't see the accident but saw the guy being taken away by paramedics. He seemed OK, I saw bloody scratches on his leg but they patched him up.
