scafolding is finally going up around mazon today. anyone have any word on what's to be expected?

I saw that they received a permit for demo of the building but the permit to build after that has not been approved yet. They had an application in back in Jan that was not approved, not sure if they will try to revise and resubmit or if they will do something different.
