"Brooklyn" by Fabolous feat. Jay-Z and Uncle Murda (!) has the most complete list of neighborhood shoutouts that I've heard so far, even including Canarsie, but still no Prospect Heights. The list:

I'm proposing a branding campaign whereby Prospect Heights is given a clever rhyming nickname that rappers can default to when repping the borough. I've including some poll options, but feel free to suggest others.

ask anybody who been here for over 25 years they do not call it prospect heights even your favorite mc's will tell u the same thing
crown heights are in about 15 songs because of a building on bergen n underhill they had and sold the best mary jane
those songs were from 93 to 00
