high pitch noise in fort greene

Hi,

Has anyone been hearing a persistent, high-pitched noise at night (it's there during the day too, but much less noticeable, I think). It sounds like an extra sharp tea kettle noise. It's driving us nuts for the past 4 days and we can't find out what it is...
