I love that article and will be telling people I live on Prospect Hill from now on.

So I've heard that Aaron Copland went to elementary school at the old PS9, on the NE corner of Vanderbilt and Sterling (now condos). Is that true?

And where was his parents' shop? From the above-referenced wiki:

I always thought that Prospect Heights was a cute way of combining the names of two areas adjacent to it:

Crown Heights
Prospect Park
