Is anyone EVER going to buy one of the condos at 364 Myrtle Avenue?

They look like they finished working on them long ago but they still don't have any tenants.

    I'm surprised none of them have sold. I guess they're a little over-priced? The proximity to the projects is a negative, but then again, they're not facing the projects either.

    The weird architecture probably doesn't help.

    i heard that they never obtained their C of O. The builder failed numerous inspections and i'm not sure they ever fixed anything.

    Thanks. I always thought it was because the people who live in close proximity to the property would universally loath and despise them as well as view them as uber-gentrifiers.

    They must be losing scads of cash just having them sitting empty.
