Legal parking spot infront of Meiers building on St.J's? — Brooklynian

Legal parking spot infront of Meiers building on St.J's?

Subject: Legal parking spot infront of Meiers building on St.J's?

I see that the construction crew working on the Meiers building on St.J's has spray painted a NO PARKING sign onto their fenced entrance to the building. I see no city parking signs citing that spot as illegal. There is a "curb cut", but not city made. Does anyone know what the deal is? :?:

  • if the city didn't make it and the building made it. i'm sure its might be legal cause they probably gotten permits to make that curb cut.

just incase don't park there. cause if its made illegally they would get fined. if its not and you park there you'll get towed and or ticketed.
  • Grrrrr! Parking is a biotch in this hood. It really yanks my chain that they put mini-rolling dumpsters there to block people from parking! I am of the opinion that there is no legal posting for the spot, so it's legal. My spouse is of the opinion that either way, it's not worth being blocked in by Con-Ed. Still, it irks me! Rant, rant, rant!!!!
