1.) Non-food contact surface improperly constructed. Unacceptable material used. Non-food contact surface or equipment improperly maintained.
2.) Facility not vermin proof. Harborage or conditions conducive to vermin exist.
3.) Evidence of flying insects or live flying insects present in facility's food and/or non-food areas.
4.) Food Protection Certificate not held by supervisor of food operations.
5.) Cold food held above 41°F (smoked fish above 38°F) except during necessary preparation.

    NOOOO!!!! One of my great pleasures when playing hooky during the work week is to scarf down one of their ginormous pastrami on rye.

    I can literally feel it killing heart tissue, but I don't care...it's so damn good!

    Please, tell me it's not true? Are they gone for good?

    Mate told me that the place was totally ripped out front to back a couple of weeks ago. They had a security guard posted outside since there was not door or even front wall. We assumed they were going to renovate the whole thing. Every time I've gone by since the gates have been down so its hard to say,
