Damn! sometimes i think i'm super paranoid for always taking a cab home at night or just being extra vigilant when i'm walking down street.... then i read shit like this and it reminds me that it is a fucked up place out there with a lot of sick people.
i would br down for a neighborhood watch. -
does sound scary. but if you add up all the people in the area and how many times these things happen. its rare.
