Corcoran mess up????
On saint marks between Washington and grand, apparently they violated permits and overbuilt, that is why the have not sold a single unit, it may have to be rebuilt again...

Kaki, you might be confusing that building with the one on Dean between UH & W. Designed by Scarano, it had to have new sub-floors installed to comply with zoning requirements.
