ny magazine says bed stuy is the next hipster mecca!

well, duh. we've been watching the bedford/nostrand g stop become increasingly more hip as the days go by. lots of new families moving in as well. what do you think?

  well I guess to a lot of people I AM one of those hipsters (and hey, I live on top of that train station!) but I hope it doesn't become another williamsburg-like strip mall.
