oh yes. just got home from winning first place at the cattyshack weekly poker tourney.

bigguy made a good showing, and had he stuck around for the side table, he might have won a bar tab, at least.

but I ... I won it big! and I'm a drama queen. hence my post.

$100 visa gift card, a piece of art by the artist that did the stuff on the walls of the 2nd floor of cattyshack, and entrance into the tournament for a vegas trip.

Yes. Because the pre-drinking at Sheep Station, the in-game drinking throughout the night at Cattyshack, and the presumed post-game celebratory pop just weren't enough.

I'd just ordered another jack & coke, too, so I sat and watched the side game for a bit while I chugged it. I was going to sip it patiently but then I realized I could be asleep.
