    I'm working up to the knee in the neck, but it sounds like you need a uniform for that.

    And what is the official position on obviously confused folks on the subway? I tend towards ignoring them, but lately I've tried to make an effort to ask if they need help. It doesn't take very many (read: ONE) nasty folks that DON'T want your help though to turn you off from helping folks that aren't willing to ask for said help. I don't know. But the serial card swipers are a menace to civilized society.
