Hi I am new in town and would like to know if there is any good place to for smoothies.

    Yah, you missed the post before it was edited. Nice of Brooklynian to note the edit though. Original post requested location of "safe/white only" places to go "power jogging".

    I don't know of a whites-only place for you to power jog, sorry. Try Connecticut, maybe. I found south shore Staten Island to be pretty damn white if you are looking to stay in NYC.

    iluvsalads - there aren't many places around here for smoothies, i don't think. perhaps in park slope.

    Either way, I found Crown Heights has some good places to get batidas. Good Jamaican food too. Jog on over. 8)

    There actually are quite a few smoothie places on Flatbush if you walk from say Bergen up to the park. Not sure what to say about the white-only thing except not cool.
