Is anyone else watching this? I couldn't resist, and it was worse than I ever could have imagined. I wasn't surprised at her post-two-babies body (which wasn't at ALL bad, mind you, but I thought maybe she'd try to tone up more if she was going to show that much skin), or the lip-synching, or the bad song, but what happened to her ability to dance? She barely moved. The crowd reaction shots were priceless. Fifty Cent, particularly, looked like he was watching an execution.Woof. That was BAD.

After hearing the horror stories, I knew that it would be up on YouTube, sure enough -
My impression - she looks like a talentless, and even worse, uninterested stripper that's goin' through the motions. -
Plus the shoes seemed too high to move in. I think she was very nervous too.

I didn't watch the whole show (yet...I have it on the DVR), but saw Britney. Total train wreck. She needs some good advisors in her life.......somebody who will keep her well-hidden until she gets her shit together.

she looks really fucked up. did she sneak out of rehab for this? she kept missing cues, her timing was totally off, and her attempts to rip off madonna laughable. and frankly, the stumbling - not hot.

Ditto what everybody said about Britney - stoned, bad hair, out of shape, lethargic, bad lip-synching.
I wish more people would actually SING.
The whole multiple suite party thing wasn't working either.

chris brown just set the bar for the rest of these jokers who can't sing but can dance there asses off. beautiful ms. alicia keyes was the highlight of the show for me and the sister can sing. whaaaat.

I really wanted Britney to do good. I feel so sorry for her. But there was nothing in her performance (can you even call it that) - not even her backup dancers, that I enjoyed. -

but sadly, on point: yeah, she shoulda toned up a bit if she was going to show off that much flesh (she was MILF hot, not pop star hot, and while I don't personally care either way, her audience does). And the disinterested stripper comment was priceless, WF. (You my ninja.) Oh, and Miss Teen SC was way more cringe-inducing. This was just...sad.
Unfortunately for Britney it may finally be time to bring out the forks. This could've been her chance to silence the gossip-mongering and put all that crap behind her with a solid comeback performance. No dice. (The song itself isn't bad. Not my thing but I hear much worse every day.)
As for Sarah Silverman if she's not sleeping with someone that keeps her in high profile gigs--c'mon, Jimmy Kimmel ain't got no real pull--she must be the luckiest unfunny comedian in the world. Ugh. -
wtf was up with alicia keys? why oh why did she wear an outfit that made her (probably) size 4 or 6 body look like a size 12??? fer serious. whoever was dressing these ladies should be shot.

huh. I'd never seen that video (I avoid pop culture to the nth degree) and am shocked at how fucking good it is - especially the boxing with water scenes. and frankly, everything jay-z touches, musically, is generally gold. he's a pretty gifted barometer.

And there are tons of reports that Kanye threw a hissy fit after the show for not winning anything. Grow up. -

if you ask me this little girl is less talented than even britney. sure, great video and of course everything jaz touches turns to gold but maybe he can touch someone with just a little bit of talent. she cant' sing, she can't dance. why exactly is she our new pop princesses? who knows. i hope she goes away soon. -

Justin Timberlake can sing....so can Adam Levine from Maroon 5, and Alicia Keys........I'd rather see that than lip-synching any day...even if I'm not into some of the performers at least they're SINGING!
