  • SO I GUESS YOU HAVE NO REAL SUGGESTIONS?
  • Sorry, but this is a common question and has been covered a few times.
The site is kinda weird right now, but basically go to the search function and it will redirect you to google and add the line dentist/ park slope etc You'll pull up all the info you need from this board.

I go to Robert Rosenkranz on 3rd street.
  • i did the search
    nothing came up
  • I go to Robert Rosenkranz also. He is a wonderful dentist. 718-499-5323.
  • I love, love, love Dr. Baker @ Park Slope Oral Surgery, but as far as I know, he doesn't do regular dental work, just extractions and other surgery type things. But if you have to have any of those things done, go there. He's awesome.

I go to Dr. Jared D'arco (on the corner of 4th Ave and President, I think) who I like a lot -- his staff is great, their office is really high-tech, and he's been good for routine work like cleanings and fillings. However, he's not the most gentle dentist ever -- he's not rough, but he's not overly gentle either. So if you're looking for someone with a very light touch, he might not be your guy.
  • Dr Baker and the whole staff at Park Slope Oral Surgery are terrific. I love Dr Chionchio.. sweet, caring man. I use Dr Sassoon, 9th street dental associates between 4th and 5th ave. He is a good dentist, lovely person and reasonably priced and does take many different dental coverage policies.
  • I know this might be something of a hike, depending on where in the slope you live, but I myself am devoted to Windsor Dentistry on 10th ave. and 17th st. They're really, really great, and I've sent several friends there, all of whom loved them too.

thanks mamacita!!! i tried dr. rosenkranz and he was awesome and i just referred him to another blogger... thanks for your info and links and have to say the best part was getting to watch a movie on those cool dvd glasses 8) while getting my fillings and whitening done!!!!!!! :D
    p.s.his office is MODERN BEYOND!!!!!!
P.P.S. and he takes all insurances....
  • My wife and I have been to Dr. Rosenkranz, based on recommendations in previous threads. Both of our experiences at his office were great - he's very friendly, very accommodating and did an excellent job on our teeth. Highly recommended!
  • He has been my dentist for many years. Even when I moved out I still made the trip to see him. Not in PS, he is in Bay Ridge. I think he is terrific, but you have to wait for app.
