Mosquitos

ok - We just moved to Ft. Greene in April. so the question is, are we the only ones with Mosquito problems right now? or is this a yearly event? let me know if you anyone else is experiencing this. also, is there any 'indoor' sprays that can be used? yes, we have screens and keep the windows shut. but the windows aren't the tightest seals so...

do you have a window air conditioner? some folks have noticed them living in/entering through the AC.

We've been having more than normal. Maybe it was that weird warm weather we had last week.

ahhh haa! didn't think of that - duhhhh on my part. Hmm i guess i would've thought that the AC would have some sort of screen inside to keep critters out. I'll have to check on that!

last year, i had some trouble with visiting mosquitos. this year, we left the AC in storage, saved on power bills, and had no mosquitos.

there was about a week in august that i came close to regretting that decision, but only one week, and we survived.

Mosquitos are out of control this year.Nothing is killing them.Deet, Skin so Soft,Off,nothing.Its like they mutated or something.
