Kind of weird and sketchy, but no crime.

I was playing tennis (against a wall) on the handball court this evening. A guy pulls up in a van (cause it's a chick magnet), gets out and immediately asks me if he can play tennis with me. I'm inside a gate - (the handball court is gated in). I basically say "maybe later." He walks across the first court and onto my side of the court and asks me again if he can play tennis with me. Again I turn him down.

Then, turns out he came to play tennis, but guy has no balls...tennis balls that is, so he asks to borrow one of mine. To get rid of the guy, I lend him a tennis ball. He leaves. One of my tennis friends shows up and we're playing for awhile, at which point - this guy returns lent tennis ball and goes and sits in his van, right behind us for 20 minutes, every few minutes peeking out his window - while on his computer.

Obviously nothing actually bad happened, but how sketchy is that and who the hells goes to play tennis with no tennis balls?

  • you got a stalker??? be careful have you piss anyone off lately.
  • actually, it seems pretty common for people to join in playing at least handball in most handball courts. perhaps it goes the same for tennis in handball courts.
  • sounds like a pervert ...
  • handball, balls, fucked reubens, sorry ass landlords, "muddy waters" (that's like a golden shower from the asshole right?)--- lotta sex talk around here.
  • Ugh, Innocent X -- WAY TOO MUCH. Bad imagery. Barfness. Urgh.

I'm going to go wash my eyeballs now.
  • Oh he was definitely rubbing one out. Either that or he was writing a thesis about how women react to male strangers who have a thing for fuzzy balls.
  • That is unnerving to me. Lucky for you your buddy showed up. Too many sexual predators on the loose, using all sorts of ploys to get their prey. Computer or not, the fact he had no balls tells me he didnt come to play tennis. Like someone mentioned, probably a pervert. I would try to get the license plate and jot it down somewhere, you never know .He had you cornered as the court was blocked in.Cant be too nonchalant in matters like this. As he was coming towards me i would be heading off the court not continuing to play.Count your blessings.
  • Ick.

That guy was definitely not playing with his "computer", not one made by Apple or HP, anyway.

We had someone like this hanging outside our building when i live in Long Island City about 10 yrs ago. PERVERTS.
