Subject: What's cooking in Clinton Hill?

Drove on Fulton St towards Downtown and saw gates up and movement in the former Sharon Dance Studio on Fulton at Clinton and across the street at 895 Fulton...next to Country House .....Anyone know what is being developed at these spots? Then upon returning on Myrtle...noticed that next to Il Torchio restaurant on Myrtle off Washington Ave, gates up and construction going on inside the building next to corner liquor Store and also on the next block across from Kum Kau next to the Polish Bar nail salon, lots of plywood around construction there. Anyone know what is being developed at these two spots? I see that the Chinese Restaurant on the corner of Hall St and Myrtle Ave closed and a laundromat is opening up but other than that and the rumor that Mikes Diner is closing and Starbucks will open (dont believe that one till I see it) dont have a clue as to what businesses might be coming to Clinton Hill area.
