Brooklyn Photo Section-Junkies of Windsor Terrace

Arrow is btw 8th ave and PPW on Prospect Ave... I am almost positive it's not open at night, but I've been harassed there during the day enough to make me feel less safe at night, or in winter when it gets dark earlier... in any case, the employees combined with the residents make it feel like some kind of eerie corridor. I don't feel nearly as unsafe on any of the other streets in the area - but it did make me consider moving for a while.
