Tonight Council Member Letitia James hosts a neighborhood meeting that will feature Detective Inspector Phillip Sferrazza from the 88th Precinct discussing the recent murder on Clifton Place and the Pratt Institute's Thomas Schutte providing an update on the exterior restoration of Higgins Hall.
