What's Up With All the Police Activity Earlier Tonight???
Subject: What's Up With All the Police Activity Earlier Tonight???
Wondering if anyone else noticed the flurry of patrol cars speeding up and down Clermont, Vanderbilt, Washington and Adelphi and all along Flushing Ave. by the Navy Yard earlier tonight? Was around 7:30 or so, for a good 20 minutes. I also saw at least one van and another unmarked car with it's lights flashing as well...Did someone get attacked or shot close by? They must have been looking for someone, because I saw one patrol car crusing Vanderbilt shining a searchlight into the old Navy Brig site.
Any info appreciated...

We saw it as well as we were walking back from the subway station on Washington. We didn't walk down Park enough to see what all the fuss was about and there didn't seem to be any police tape left laying around when i took the dogs out.
