Storefront on Kingston between Lincoln Pl and St. Johns

there is a storefront on the west side of Kingston, between Lincoln Pl and St. John's Pl being renovated. anyone know what is going in there? or is the landlord just trying harder to rent it?

well, renovations would make it easier to rent, no? The former hardware store across the street is also being renovated.

It's possible that the new tenant is renovating or having the landlord renovate the space to make it more appropriate for the new business.

And as far as that eyesore on the corner of Lincoln and Kingston, well work is being done on it. I can see the workmen from my kitchen window. But for some reason, I only see them work on rainy days.

From what I've the new landlords are asking outrageous rents.

On the way to work I saw the owner of the building supervising some of the contractors. I asked what was going into the space. He said he is currently evaluating 3 or 4 different businesses. I suggested a coffee shop, restaurant or bar would be ideal. stay tuned. I'll try and find out more this week.
