Anyone buying here? We are close to buying and wanted to try to connect with other folks planning to also.

    I think that all but one or two units are spoken for, no? I haven't seen or met anyone buying in your building (I live close - in the same building as the Realtor listing your building). When are the units ready for move-in?

    Yeah, I think there are still a couple of contracts out. We just signed so we're good. We're still waiting for the city to assign tax lots, etc. before we can close. Hopefully that will go quickly. Sponsor says they think things should be ready by Dec 1. We're hoping that's true but we're not packing yet if you know what I mean. We're excited though.

    How do you like the neighborhood?

    You'll be right around the corner from Chavella's, a great little Mexican restaurant. And not too far from Franklin, where you can find good coffee and sandwiches at Saje, good sushi and decent Indian food.

    The 'hood is great and getting better. There is a sense of community going around, which I think is awesome. Plus the train is close and so many choices for eating out. I only feel a lack of a good/decent supermarket closer to us, but I've been using Freshdirect and now stopping at Trader Joe's which works out well. Hopefully Danny Wegman is reading this and will hop over to Brooklyn next. =)

    Can't wait to see that building start to fill up. Hope to see you around.
