Good brunch spot for 7 people w/ LUNCH items
Hello,
I'm trying to plan a bday brunch in Park Slope for 7 people. I'm looking for the following:
1. Not overly expensive
2. Takes reservations
3. Spacious enough for a table of 7
4. Includes more than just eggs/breakfast foods on the brunch menu (my hubby wants his hamburger, and hates the idea of "brunch")
Any suggestions would be much appreciated since the few places I've found do not accept reservations. I don't mind waiting for a table, but some members of my party would prefer a reservation. Thanks!

Black Pearl does up a nice brunch with non brunchy items.

I met up with a group at Black Pearl, on Union near 6th, which took reservations for our group, and can make up very large tables to accomodate at least 7. I think they had a burger on the menu, and I know they had salads and sandwiches. Unlimited mimosas, and quite tasty food (I think the brunch is $16 a person for large groups)

I've tried the burger, tuna burger, and the fish and chips (went with family for Brunch).
It was all good and the price was right. I only wish they'd turn off that god awful music (weird 80's soft rock) and there was a LOUD child in there that wouldn't quit. But the food and champagne was good. The burgers are big and meaty

Thanks for the input... I made a reservation and am excited to give it a try!

Tavern on Dean would also fit your criteria. They do a great brunch.
