If people are going to throw ridiculous amounts of money away just to be able to brag that they live in 'Park Slope', then let this guy make as much money as he wants off of them. Sounds like a win-win in my book.

So so true about the people willing to pay a lot of money to be screwed over by their landlord just so that they can say they live in Park Slope. I made the mistake of choosing a bend-over-for-the-landlord poseur for a roommate. Effin' pathetic. I'm going to take my money and run. She can keep paying $$$ for this dump.
