hum.... Well, it's hard to get all the info from the map because the dots overlap, so in a cluster of four, you get info about two. And you can't scroll down the list (at least I can't). Is that why it's a joke?

Well, they are supposed to be the 200 Worst, so one would think there were a lot of buildings that are pretty bad, but not bad enough to make the list.
Of course, it takes a while for violations to even be accounted for because the housing department is so shortstaffed.
