Think fast- dollar store in the hood...

Are there some dollar stores down on 5th in the teens? I'm going to run out for last minute thanksgiving stuff and i need a plan of attack without wandering aimlessly as I'm short on time...

    I've passed what looks to be a dollar store on 5th around 11th or 12. It's on the western corner and usually has tons of stuff on the sidewalk so it's hard to miss.

    I'm trying to find cheapo serving bowls. I think thats prob my best bet...I dont really need to spend $15 on a fancy bowl for some crappy crab dip.

    "Oriental" housewares store on 5th ave aound 13th street... you can get nice bowls... cheap..Wish I could remember the name.

    Yes...tons....all btw. 11th St and Prospect on 5th Ave.

    Ok thanks for the help everyone- I don't actually live in PS (boyfriend does) so I don't know all the nuances of the area. I'll definitely check out the asian housewares place on my way back from c-town!

    Yep-above 9th Street you will find places like that. Also try Save On Fifth on 5th Avenue and 8th Street-I bet they have stuff too
