i needed to get a last minute bottle of red wine on thursday for thanksgiving dinner and i called them at 3pm and the guy who answered the phone kept the place open for me until i got there, treated me to a tasting of a lovely malbec when i arrived, and helped me pick out a great table red even though i'm sure he had his own dinner to get to.
