4th and 28th on Thursday
Does anyone know what was going on at 10 AM or so? 4th Avenue was blocked off for a few blocks and there were police cars everywhere. Gothamist called it "mobilization," but I have no idea what that means.

i don't know but i have noticed an awful lot of cops in the 25th street train station lately. seems odd because you wouldn't think of rush hour as a high crime time.
