Apartments in the Hood

Hi All,

My friend is looking for an apartment in the Prospect Heights as well as Fort Green area and she's in town for the next couple days checking places out.

If anyone has any leads on any apartments or can recommend any landlords, management properties or decent brokers could you reply here or ping me?

Just today I drove by a new development on the corner of Gates and Vanderbilt Avenues.It had a big "apartments for rent"sign and the telephone numbers to contact the rental office at.This is the border of Ft Greene /Clinton Hill. Didnt look like any of the units were occupied and dont know what they are asking for rent but doesnt hurt to check it out.

OOps...also saw a sign for an available apartment on Gates Ave and Irving..across from the church on the corner. The sign was in the second floor window.Sorry , dont know the address as I was waiting to turn onto Gates from Irving and was driving by.
