I may try laundry.bz, but saw Apple mentioned in some older posts. Are they closed? I called the phone number that I saw here & noone answers.

Set up an account with laundry.bz and enter your order there. They always respond. I usually tip around $3
  • I will be using laundry.bz starting next week. I was desperate & I dropped my laundry off, going against my instinct, at A & P Laundry at 7th Ave and 4th St. For 18lbs it turned out to be $26!!!!!! They charge a charge for separating whites & darks, and charged an ABSURD 1.30/lb. The clothes smell fine, but definitely no softener was used. NEVER AGAIN!

Should I tip the person who picks up the clothes & the one who drops it off?

It's the same guy who drops off and picks up. Also, be aware that they do also charge for special treatment and $5.00 for rugs, even the bath mats that are really just towels. Make your appointments early.

Keep shopping around the local laundries! It takes time to find one that doesn't suck in this area. They all seem to do ok anyway, even when they are really bad.
  • Apple would not be that much-that is way too expensive. use them next time.
  • We use laundry.bz every single week and we love them!
Not too expensive, very nice driver, reply very quickly, and my clothes are always folded very nicely.
    Good luck.
  • I LOVE Laundry.bz

They are fast, reliable and my clothes smell so fresh. Totally worth it.
  • They are excellent
I have them pick up every Monday AM
Its always about $25-$30 a week and there is two of us (My husband + I)
They make my life just a little bit more pleasant.
I cant imagine doing my own laundry at this point.
    They have spoiled me.

    Highly Recommended!
