canning/preserving jars

I've bought canning jars at Save on Fifth. Probably not the cheapest if you're buying a bunch though. Target might be an option.
-
Leopoldi's on 5th ave and 7th and 8th street carried them.

target has one box at a time, if any at all.
pinchik's has larger jars (1 pint and up) -- a decent but not huge selection.
i think the hardware store in the blue building on 5th ave near key foods has them, but i'm not sure of their selection.
the big hardware store on court street near livingston (bruno's??) had a big selection last time i was there, if you're willing to travel out of the slope.
(don't bother with cook's companion on atlantic unless you want expensive jars in weird sizes. )
