New Thai just opened up on Washington and St. Marks. It's called Udom. Unfortunately, I don't have the number handy but there is a post about it on the Prospect Heights board.
For Chinese, I use Wai Ling. It's mediocre but cheap. It's on Flatbush and it's listed on Menupages.
EDIT: Sorry, I mistook Park Avenue for Park Place, wondering to myself why that was asked on this board (obviously don't have my head together). Not sure if any of the locations I mentioned would deliver to you but Udom is new and has a wide delivery range so maybe. -
I always order from New Grace Kitchen on Myrtle and Hall, its standard chinese take out.
The quality of Thai 101 went down and is not good anymore. -
Thai 101 basil fried rice, and curry puffs. superb.

Grace's Kitchen is Ok and delivers
Best Chinese food is KUM KAU but they do not deliver- just pick up or eat in
You should call ahead to order because they are ALWAYS packed -
Yummy Yummy on Myrtle is good for delivery.
Kum Kau is way overrated. -
I've tried both Myrtle Thai and Thai 101. BY FAR Myrtle is better. Thai 101 was so greasy and poorly seasoned that I actually had to toss it, which I rarley do with food. ( Which is misleading because I thought Thai 101 would be better because it looks 'cuter' and the menu is more modern. )
I think Kum Kau is excellent, not just in taste but quality. The vegetables are pretty fresh and crunchy. I've tried the Chinese on Dekalb and Cleremont and it just doesn't compare. I'm still looking for a good delivery standby for Chinese that won't leave me regretting not walking up to Myrtle for the best. -
I like Kum Kau for American-style Chinese. Yes, it is rather heavy and sweet food but it is definitely fresh, has better flavor and is just less gross than a lot of Chinese restaurants in the area.
I do wish that there was a real Chinese place around here, though. -

I haven't tried Kum Kau yet cuz of the no delivery thing, but Yummy Yummy is good, cheap, and when they say "fast free delivery by car" they mean it. Sometimes my food is here in 15 minutes.

Didn't Myrtle Thai open another location not too far away down Myrtle? It does an alternate style of thai or something. I've been meaning to try it out.

I think good is such a relative term here.
As a rule I never have Chinese outside of Chinatown here in NYC. The take outs are bad at best and usually really bad. Kum Kau is the only decent place for American Chinese which is another world away from real chinese.
As for Thai......all three on myrtle....Thai 101, Myrtle Thai and their new branch further along are ridiculous.
Forget taste, Thai 101 cant even cut their veggies to proper size and its like a half-baked effort all along.
For thai too I stick to my faves in the city.
Sorry this dosent help you much in your quest, but I am voicing opinion !
