What would you like to see on Washington Avenue? This survey is being conducted by Pratt Area Community Council on behalf of the Washington Avenue Prospect Heights Association. The survey will assist in determining what residents enjoy in the neighborhood as well as determine what is lacking.

Why is Crown Heights not an option for "What neighborhood do you live in?". I can write it in, but seems odd considering that one side of the avenue is Crown Heights..
