With beer, almost anything is possible.

It has not yet opened, but I have seen work going on in there on rare occasions.

Its about time! I think I (and others) sometimes underestimate the hurdles that businesses (especially smaller businesses) have to go through before opening, which often leads to opening dates being pushed back by a while. 

Some digging indicates that they have a license, and have had it since 9/10/2014!

I was thrown off course by them using the 340 Sterling address.

Smartest thing they have going for them: the walk-up growler fill window. When I went today it was me with a stroller, another guy behind me with a stroller and a third behind him with a dog. Those of us who are part of the stroller and/or dog set in the neighborhood will have excellent use of this window.
