If I were the 71st, I would display the red car to tell attendees that drunk driving is bad: http://www.brooklynian.com/discussion/45995/sunday-august-2-2015-at-345pm-drunk-driver-crashes-into-police-car-parked-in-front-of-71st-pct#Item_8

For maximum effect, I would display it where the most people will see it, between the obligatory BBQ and obligatory bouncy house.
